Foundation of the company Tehnika - SET d.d.

Beginning of our business activities

In 1996 we start our business activities by taking over the activities and the employees of the company IMPOL-TEHNIKA d.o.o..

Construction of our production premises

In 2000 we constructed a new production hall on the surface of 1,152 m2, intended for the production of steel structures and welded elements.

Investments into machinery 

We have been investing into the CNC processing machinery and into the CAD program equipment.

ISO Quality certificate

We acquired the quality certificate ISO 9001: 2000

Installation of the cutting line

We successfully realized the engineering, reconstruction, overhaul, and installation of the aluminum belt cutting line for the buyer IMPOL.

Modernization of equipment

We updated our equipment by the purchase of the 4-axes milling-drilling center HAAS. We acquired the recertification of the quality standard ISO 9001:2000.

Recertification

We acquired the recertification of the quality standard ISO 9001:2008.

Modernization of machinery

We updated our mechanical equipment with new  CNC processing machines (TOS, FERMAT, HARTFORD, STYLE, PUMA).

Acquisition of the welding certificate 3834-3

Acquisition of the welding certificate

Acquisition of the welding certificate and the certificate for the establishment of compliance and the manufacture of steel structures according to SIST EN 1090-1 and SIST EN 1090-2.

Upgrading the welding certificate to the level 3834-2

Modernization of machinery (cutting machine with flame and plasma cutter,  surface grinder)
